Where are Palingénésia clothing made?

Lovers of French know-how and eager to engage in a social and environmental approach, all of our clothes are made in a small family workshop in France and more precisely in Paris. We have been collaborating with this same workshop since the beginnings of the brand.

What materials are used?

We only use eco-responsible fabrics, made from natural materials such as cotton, linen, viscose, lyocel/tencel. The vast majority of them are certified (OEKO-TEX, Ecovero, LENZING).

We also strive to use upcycled fabrics as much as possible, often sourced from major luxury houses.

The composition of each of our pieces is indicated on each product sheet.

What are your actions to avoid overproduction?

We have chosen the most reasonable production possible , so we evaluate our production as accurately as possible to avoid any overproduction and unsold items.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an initial order confirmation email and then an email containing your tracking number when it is shipped.

You will be able to track your package at any time. In general, shipping times are 24-48 hours for mainland France. You will find them precisely on each product sheet.

During the collection launch period, lead times may be extended a little due to the numerous orders placed simultaneously on our website. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to deliver your parts to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery in mainland France is free from €200.

RETURNS

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your parts to us.

Parts must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags undetached.
